WITHIN 30 DAYS.
Any item(s) purchased online may be returned within 30 days of the date you received your item(s) with a proof of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition, unworn with tags and labels attached.
BEYOND 30 DAYS.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond 30 days of the date you received your item(s).
* Purchases made online must be returned to our designated facility and cannot be returned to a retailer. Returns of in-store purchases can be facilitated at the original place of purchase.
We do not accept returns for the following merchandise:
- Any washed or worn merchandise
- Clearance or sales merchandise (Any items discounted from the original price at time of purchase)
- Returned merchandise without original tags and labels or received beyond 30 days after the original delivery date will not be accepted.
- Any merchandise without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM with be returned to sender.
Return Authorization Form can be requested by signing into your online account under ‘my returns’ tab. You may also contact our Customer Relations team at 800-315-4408 or email us at email@example.com.
- Please print and repack the merchandise in the original packing materials.
- Ensure that you enclose the completed RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM in the package.
- Be sure to ship the package with your preferred carrier of choice that can provide a tracking number. Note that return shipping is not prepaid. Royal Handicrafts is not responsible for any lost packages.

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. The shipments are at your responsibility until they reach our facility. All returns are usually processed within 14 days of receipt.
Within 14 days of receiving your return merchandise, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original method of payment. A confirmation email will also be sent once the return has been completed. It may take up to 7 days before your refund is officially posted to your method of payment.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges currently due to limitation of our system.
